Sad news reached our shores today. Our current bassplayer Bert Rommes decided that he will stop pulling the bassstrings this summer due problems in combining his personal life with the band.
However, Oceans Of Sadness has still got lots of plans and goals to reach in the future, so we're forced to seek a replacement. The new guy would start somewhere in the summer...
We're looking for a really motivated and open-minded (and of course very capable) bassplayer. He may come from different musical corners, as long as he understands what the goal of our music is (and we're on the same level (qua persoonlijkheid). We're already halfway in writing some intense songs for the upcoming album so he may expect quite some action in the future. Also hopes to tour Europe and stuff like that. Rehearsels are Sunday afternoon and Friday (early evening), but Sunday is the main day! They take place in the woods of Dessel Rock-City (Postel to be exact)!
