French black metal band ORAKLE is currently working on material for its second album (after "Uni aux cimes" in 2005), and is already looking for new label/partners (contact = management@orakle.fr). In the meantime, guitarist Amar Ru has relocated for a few months to Quebec, where he is currently studying.

The band has uploaded a symphonic remake of its song "Gnose" at this location:

The track, which originally appeared on the band's 2005 debut, "Uni aux cimes", was arranged and performed by Achernar (voices, bass and synths) with the kind participation of the French soprano singer Lisa Levy.

In other news, Achernar has recorded a guest appearance on the next FUNERARIUM album, to be released next year.

Orakle, from Paris - France. Formed in 1994 by 14 yo mates called Clevdh (Drums) & Achernar (Vocals, bass, synths). From several demo-tapes and a CDR called "Neath the rapture streams" (1999), to the more mature Mcd "L'ineffable émoi... de ce qui existe" (2002), both musicians patiently developped their skills, ideas and music.
Then came Amar Ru (Guitars - 2002), and enough confidence to build the seven songs of their first album "Uni aux cimes", released in 2005 by Melancholia Records and immediately welcomed as a majestic inspired piece of Black-Metal. Let speak words :

Be ready, this next opus will be recorded at the end of 2007, its release is scheduled for 2008.
