Op 4 mei organiseert 2 Dye 4 bookings weer een metalcore avond in de Musicon. Dit maal staan Crimson Falls (België), Magna Cult, en The darkest red op het programma.

Crimson Falls (Shiver records)
Crimson Falls blends a wide range of influences into an intense, passionate and crushing unity of death metal, metalcore and thrash metal. Expect fast and aggressive riffs, brutal mosh breakdowns, blistering blasts, complex rhythms and melancholic melodies. Influences include the mighty At The Gates, All Shall Perish, Lamb Of God, Heaven Shall Burn, Behemoth, In-Quest, Meshuggah, Nevermore & Aborted.. to name just a few. However, Crimson Falls has a face of their own, so don’t expect a mere copy of any of the aforementioned bands.

Crimson Falls proclaims a positive message of freedom, self-confidence and following your dreams, while other songs put the finger on the pulse of our modern society and it’s excesses. A variety of topics is brought up, going from a personal outlet of emotions ("When The Blood Becomes Adrenaline", ..Poetry For The Scum..), over topical social issues ("Controle Alt Delete", "Book Of Memories", ..Martyr Vs. Terrorist..) to the expression of a positive attitude in life ("Erase All Fear", ..Four Slaves, Four Struggles.., "The Crimson Eyed"). This band is for the moshers as well as the headbangers, the metalheads ànd the hardcore kids. No limits, no boundaries.

Magna Cult (Rusty Cage Records)
Magna holts the ultimate power of wisdom, tolerance, love, compassion and peace.

However, Magna also possesses the force of pure aggression (Synoré). Aggression that stems from insecurity, powerlessness and illness we call false aggression.

Pure aggression (Synoré) shall be implemented on those who are in touch with any form or Magna, but reject its goals to pursue a path of personal power, greed and evil, as well as those who are threatening and destructive to the universe.

The darkest red
During the spring of 2005 a new band rises from the ashes of metalcore-band Final Nail.
This band is called The Darkest Red, consists of the three members from Final Nail: Michiel Gossens (guitar), Rene Leijtens (bass guitar) and Rick Lieffering (drums) Including a new member on the vocals, Aron Molenschot who previously has been doing vocals for bands as The day dawned, Beastial menace and .Foreverblue.

at this point The Darkest Red's starts to write new songs in a somewhat different direction then before, a new level. Currently the band play's songs that covers area’s in heavy-metal, metal-core, and trashmetal, all with a some melodic influences. Energy is an element that you'll find in all songs the band writes and off course in the live shows. Expect Grooving, powerfull songs with lots Pounding guitars and drums, Topped with armor piercing, hi-pitched screams and grunts and off track, some easy tunes.

Currently the band is rehearsing and writing new material. A 3-track demo cd is out, be sure to get it. The darkest red played successful shows with bands as Instil, Kill.caress, Gojira, Return to reason, When all life ends and many more!
