NIHILL – KRACH. 2LP/CD Details announced. Pre-orders up now!

The KVLT of NIHILL solemnly gathers to produce music that can be seen as a ticket to leave this world and to enter others. The concept of NIHILL conquers all of nature and culture. At the end of this earthly state, nothing will be left, assert the KVLT of NIHILL. During the last and most traumatic transition in this postmodern life, NIHILL applies the medicine to alleviate the primal anxiety of death.

The first record of this trilogy, KRACH, is a piece of a puzzle forming a key to reach for Death and beyond. A transfiguration into a new spiral leading ever inwards. This transfiguration is caught in the music. Imploding funeral drones, raging mechanical ice winds and unearthly screams capture this end of the mortal body. The leaving of this morbid insanity we call life is reflected in the music. To leave behind a tormented state, to dream upon the scaffold and to embrace the real wisdom (gnosis) and king (rex mundi).

KRACH, released as a double LP and CD being the first part of a trilogy (!) from a band that may be unknown to many but have been preparing themselves for a long time before they finalized their dark arts and have it exposed to the world. Nihill, inspired by medievall alchemistry and the darkest depths of the human soul. Almost impossible for any comparisons, Nihill could however be descibed as a grimm mixture of Sunn O))) and Deathspell Omega. “Krach” is an album that needs to be experienced to have it reach its full potential. If that potential ultimately will be that in emotions of happiness is not exactly guaranteed…

The 2LP is limited to 500 copies only , all on the darkest black and comes in a gatefold cover and includes a poster (part of a trilogy). Official release-date July 23. CD coming later in this summer

BURNING SAVIOURS – HUNDUS. LP details announced!

Burning Saviours from Sweden were maybe, as Wino (St.Vitus, The Hidden Hand) said it: “Born too late”. Ever since Black Sabbath and Pentagram (and maybe a little early Jethro Tull) hasn't there been a band who could capture the sound and soul of the late 60's and early 70's like Burning Saviours does on “Hundus”, the band's second album. Next to bands like The Answer and The Sword (and hell, maybe even Wolfmother), Burning Saviours brings back that musical era that changed music forever.

Originally released as a CD-only album by I Hate Records, we're proud to bring “Hundus” on the format music like this is made for. Describing Burning Saviours' music couldn't be done better as what http://www.stonerrock.com wrote about this glorious Swedish band: “There is scarce doubt in my mind that “Hundus”, along with Witchcrat's sublime sophomore effort and Pagan Altar's “Lords of Hypocrisy”, is very mych the finest recording I've laid ears on in the new millenium. A Wistful, otherworldly flight of fancy that meshed the drifting languorous weightlessness of vintage Spring/Dark/Czar-esque prog and bucolic whimsy of Jethro Tull with the of-balance doomrock of classic Pentagram”

POSSESSED – SEVEN CHURCHES. LP on Monumentum Records!

A description for an absolute classic album in the history of heavy metal like this would in fact be total unnecessary… Possessed's debut album Seven Churches hit like a nuclear bomb in the metal scene worldwide, and even though the band Death was formed at the same time as Possessed it took them two years later to release their debut album, so many consider POSSESSED's debut “SEVEN CHURCHES” (that was originally released in 1985) as the blueprint for what later would become a whole new genre within the world of heavy music: Death Metal. From the opening track “The Excorcist” the band grabbed metalfans all over the world by the throat and didn't let go until the last song, remarkably titled “Death Metal”,was finished. Now, after years being only to be found on 2 nd hand record fairs or Ebay, this masterpiece, beautiful released in a gatefold sleeve, including all the lyrics will be available again!

EXODUS – BONDED BY BLOOD. LP on Monumentum Records!

Next to Metallica's “kill ‘em all” and Slayer's “ Show No Mercy” there was one other record that not only set the whole world of heavy metal ablaze, but also can be considered as a genre defying album: Exodus' “Bonded By Blood”. As furious as their Bay Area counterparts, and with machinegun riffs from Gary Holt and Rick Runolt and then absolute madman on vocals, Paul Baloff (rip) Exodus delivered a debut album that now, more than 20 years later can be considered as an absolute classic. Now, after been unavailable on vinyl for years and only to be found on recordfairs and auction-sites, we're very proud to announce the re-release of Exodus – Bonded By Blood on vinyl deluxe packed in a gatefold sleeve with all the original pictures and lyrics.
