CEREBRAL FIX: 'Products Of Disgust' Box Set Due In September - Aug. 14, 2007

Metal Mind Productions will release "Products of Disgust" by CEREBRAL FIX, a complete discography of this English thrash/death metal band. The group split up in 1993 but in 2006 announced its reformation. They have an album's worth of new material, but for now they are waiting for the reaction to some of the recent recorded new songs before making future plans. Bassist Frank Healy (also of BENEDICTION) claims that they are interested only in having fun, as they did in the beginning of their career. "It could last a few months or a few years," he says. "Who cares? CEREBRAL FIX are enjoying it, so join the rollercoaster for a bit!"

"Products of Disgust" consists of four CDs, all with bonus tracks (demo, live and previously unreleased tracks), plus a 32-page booklet with a complete band history. "Products of Disgust" includes also four new tracks, recorded exclusively for this box. Each CD will be made available on golden disc, digitally remastered using 24-bit technology. The box will be available on September 10 in Europe (November 5 in the U.S. via MVD).

Hehe cool

CEREBRAL FIX Announces New Bassist - June 24, 2008

Reunited British punk/thrash crossover band CEREBRAL FIX has announced the addition of bassist Scott Fairfax to the group's ranks. "This guy plays guitar for LIFE DENIED (who some of you may remember played on the same bill as us and GOREROTTED at the London Deathfest last year)," the band says in a statement. "He is a fast learner, got our new set pretty much nailed."

Metal Mind Productions released "Products of Disgust" by CEREBRAL FIX, a complete discography of this English thrash/death metal band, last September in Europe (November in the U.S. via MVD). "Products of Disgust" consists of four CDs, all with bonus tracks (demo, live and previously unreleased tracks), plus a 32-page booklet with a complete band history. The set also includes four new tracks, recorded exclusively for this box. Each CD was made available on golden disc, digitally remastered using 24-bit technology.
