the-pit.de presents:  Afgelopen koninginnedag heeft de metalband Retribution poppodium Fenix in Sittard doen schudden in haar grondvesten tijdens de presentatie van haar eerste Full Length album C.H.A.O.S.. Om het verhaal van dit conceptalbum kracht bij te zetten, heeft de band krachten gebundeld met de talentvolle illustrator/animator Bart Heijman, die een gehele cd visueel omlijst heeft. Ondanks de beperkte ruimte op het podium, waarvan ongeveer de helft bestreken werd door een projectiescherm en hier en daar een verloren tv, is er deze avond een zeer solide "Rock Show" neergezet, mede dankzij de drie te gekke gastzangers. En als het daarbij gebleven zou zijn, dan was dat al meer dan voldoende geweest... Toch komen er soms dingen op je pad die te mooi zijn om te laten liggen: De Band heeft aangeboden gekregen het gehele album, met film, gastzangers en samples, nog een keer in zijn geheel uit te voeren. Maar ditmaal is de locatie perfect voor een project als dit. Namelijk een grote bioscoopzaal (met bar, zonder stoelen)! Bioscoop Royal in Echt heeft de grote filmzaal omgebouwd tot multifunctionele evenementen ruimte, en heeft Retribution gevraagd het C.H.A.O.S. project op het grote doek te brengen! Dus voor de mensen die er de vorige keer bij waren: Dit wordt alles wat het de vorige keer was, maar dan groter! En groter = BETER! Arkngthand, 'de' heavy-metal sensatie uit het zuiden, zal het voorprogramma verzorgen van deze ongetwijfeld zeer bijzondere avond!
