Incantation (USA), braved two decades since 1990 through many lineup changes, tours around the world, and an extensive discography. The death metal institution has returned with its latest release, Primordial Domination, to once again prove that Incantation is often imitated but never equaled. Leading Incantation is mainman John McEntee, along with drummer Kyle Severn, and bassist Joe Lombard. Hate (PL, Listenable Records). Elements of four combative forces joined together in a distinctive array of musical elation with merging from death metal intensity creating a wicked art form known as HATE. Twisting into formation in 1990 by vocal guitarist ATF Sinner who brought forth an energy unmatched by others in Polands extreme scene raising interest to those seeking diabolical resurrection.
Divine Eve (USA) was formed on a bleak, late winter day in 1992 by Michael A. Sleavin (rhythm guitar & vocals) and Matthew Killen, (drums & backing vocals) both of whom were in a band called Catharsis. From the start a 4peace band from the Texas area. Old school doom death metal.
Severance (UK), since 1989, five individuals form this band with intentions of creating extreme and aggressive music. It is now 2009! There have been various line-up changes in the past, but SEVERANCE is now at its PRIME. Influences from South American black/death/thrash metal. Upcoming release late winter 2009 on Burning Dogma Records is Progression towards Purgatory.
