Death Penalty is een nieuwe heavy metal doom band gevormd door Gaz (ex-Cathedral) en Michelle (ex-Serpentcult, She Wolf). Ze spelen hun eerste show op het verjaardagfeestje van Rise ABove Records. De live-bezetting bestaat naast Gaz en Michelle uit Cozy (Hemelbestormer, Serpentcult, Hedonist) en Raf Meukens (ex-Gorath). Previews volgen snel.
