Van woensdag 22 juli t/m zondag 27 juli vindt een nieuwe editie van het Tolminator festival plaats in Tolmin, Slovenie: ‘Metal paradise at one of the most amazing festival locations in the world.’ Met dit jaar o.a. Kreator, Cradle Of Filth, Ministry, Kataklysm, Cro-Mags en D.R.I.

Ook Nederland doet qua bands een duit in het zakje, want de Friese melodeath/thrash band Insurrection speelt donderdag 24 juli op het festival. Onlangs verscheen nog een speciale re-release van hun ‘Exiled To Earth’-EP uit 2023 met daarop 10 bonustracks (drie live tracks & zeven 8-BIT remixes van eerder verschenen tracks). De videoclip van single ‘Crimson Skies’ (waarin kippen de instrumenten bespelen) is te bekijken op Youtube:
