hopla Atrocity maar es uti d ekast gehaald met hun eerste 2 platen blue blood en hallucinations wat een knal platen zijn dat toch !! lekker vette death/grind ! old school!
en wat een KUTMUZIEK maken ze tegenwoordig net eens op die site wezen kijken.

ja, het oude werk was een stuk 'prettiger'

Ik heb 1 videoclip van Atrocity, taste of sin, en ik kwam niet meer bij. Gruwelijk.
Maar ik ken verder geen nrs van hen, dus misschien zijn ze verder wel heel goed.

Atrocity was op Summer Darkness en daar zogen ze gruwelijk de pan uit... En dan denken ze nog populair te zijn ook

Met name de electronische drums zijn trouwens een ramp, dat klinkt echt helemaal nergens naar.

Reunited ATROCITY To Release EP Through OPEN GRAVE - Sep. 7, 2006

Reunited Torrington, Connecticut-based thrash/hardcore act ATROCITY (not to be confused with the German band) has teamed up with Open Grave Records to release an EP featuring alternate versions of previously released songs recorded during the "Infected" sessions in 1990. More information on this release will be made available soon.

Formed in early 1985 by Rob Wedda (vocals), Rich Flint (bass), Scott Reynolds (guitar) and Jeff White (drums), ATROCITY had pushed out three demos ("Toxic Death", "Ravaged by Disease", "Mangled") and a self-financed seven-inch EP, entitled "Hatred Birth", by 1989. They soon caught the attention of U.K.-based Metalcore Records, a subsidiary of Plastichead Distribution, to with they ultimately signed with.

ATROCITY's first album, "Infected" (1990), is very raw and featured a very violent death metal/grind sound. The second album, "The Art of Death" (1992), saw a lineup change when Scott left the band and was replaced by Jesse Piechowski on guitar.

ATROCITY disbanded in 1993 but are back to writing new noise with the original lineup.

Ach kom, klinkt toch nergens naar ...

Zal 'm ook niet snel nog eens opzetten, maar tijdens die paar luisterbeurten voor de review heb ik me prima vermaakt.

Die tour was wel heel gay... Eerst Leaves' Eyes en dan loopt alleen Liv Kristine het podium af en kunnen ze als Atrocity verder spelen.

Ooit eens lang geleden toen Atrocity nog gave death metal speelden, hebben ze opgetreden in De Zon in Bodegraven, samen met Sinister op 19 september 1991. Daar speelde na Atrocity nog een Duitse(?) band. Iemand enig idee welke dat was?

Bassist J.B. VAN DER WAL Joins LEAVES' EYES, ATROCITY - Sep. 27, 2011

Dutch bassist J.B. van der Wal (ABORTED, DR. DOOM) has officially joined LEAVES' EYES and ATROCITY.

Commented J.B.: "I'm honored, after already filling in on bass for quite some awesome tours and trips with the LEAVES' EYES/ATROCITY family, which have been nothing else than fun, that I can now call myself a steady member of this awesome group of people!

"I was already writing for Liv's [Kristine, LEAVES' EYES singer] solo album from my studio here in the Netherlands, which 'till now has already been really cool, but actually being able to focus on this, and help with the new LEAVES EYES and ATROCITY record full on from now, feels great.

"No boundaries writing-wise and a new challenge musically!

"There is a whole lot of cool stuff coming up, the next months and summer, so I hope to see everybody out there, and I hope everybody likes my contribution to the bands. I'm looking forward to it all!"

Added Alex Krull of LEAVES' EYES and ATROCITY: "It feels great that J.B. joins the camp of the two bands!
