The sound guy gulps.
Somewhere a dog barked.

Dwid does a u-turn and walks back up the aisle and out of the theater.

Mijn ervaringen met Dwid zijn niet zo far-off... kwam over als 'n normale vent, haha... Maar als je die verhalen leest... Prachtig!

Er werd wel vaker gevochten bij shows toen en nu; ook van andere stijl bands. Ik kan Integrity moeilijk een tough guy-band noemen; tekstueel gaat die vlieger al helemaal niet op.
Zanger van Converge heeft ook wel eens iemand een flinke uppercut gegeven tijdens een show, maakt dat Converge ook tot een tough guy band dan?

een stel weirdo's zijn 't misschien, maar 'tough guy' a la een Lord Ezec of Hoya Madball? Nou nee hoor...

Ik heb het ook niet over de stijl.
Ik heb gewoon een hekel aan dat gedrag.

Dwid is best een relaxte vent, hij heeft gewoon een hekel aan bepaalde dingen binnen de scene. En voor veel mensen zal hij raar en onvriendelijk overkomen. Ik had geen problemen met hem toen ik een paar woorden met hem wisselde en hij ook niet met mij. Hij had gewoon zijn neus helemaal vol van straight edge en PC, zelfs hare krishnas liepen toendertijd rond op HC shows door mongolen als 108 en Ray Cappo. Ik kan Dwid geen ongelijk geven. Lekker alle bullshit door de stront halen. Nihilisme all the way! Oude Integrity heerscht alles eruit!

Man, wat verlang ik terug naar die tijden, Integrity is sowieso veels te lang doorgegaan. Na Seasons in the Size of Days had het gewoon voorbij moeten zijn. Zonder Aaron was het sowieso geen Integrity meer.

Those Who Fear Tommorow en Systems Overload zijn aanraders. Wat mij betreft is Those Who Fear Tomorrow het beste wat ze ooit gemaakt hebben, maar andere mensen vinden dat weer een ruk-album, wat ik eigenlijk onvoorstelbaar vind.

Ik vond Season In The Size Of Days niet zo sterk eigenlijk. Paar hele toffe nummers ja (Sarin!!!), maar over 't geheel zeker geen favoriete schijf. Daarna was 't vooral kut met peren wat er uitkwam, alleen die comeback cd van twee jaar terug, die was wel weer ouderwets goed. Live-show die ik toen gezien heb (met chubby fresh op drums) was supervet. Momenteel woont dwid in ghent, belgië en speelt die samen met (ik meende) leden van Congress zo nu en dan als Integrity...

Yeap, Dwid woont inderdaad in België. Heette dat bandje niet Steamhammer? Ik vond Seasons in the Size of Days ook behoorlijk minder, maar het is voor mij wel het laatste wat Integrity heeft uitgebracht. Daarna heeft Integrity opgehouden te bestaan wat mij betreft.

Sledgehammer heet dat bandje ... ooit 1 nummer van gevonden, nooit weer wat van gehoord ..jammer .. Dwid heerscht

Inderdaad, Sledgehammer. Ik heb het ook wel eens gehoord, vond er niet veel aan.
