Broadrick and Martin met when God and Godflesh toured together. Their shared tastes for musical extremes, abusing electronics and a shared history of being baptised by anarcho punk, led them to form Techno Animal. When T.A. were touring with Alec Empire they collectively gave birth to Curse of the Golden Vampire. The threesome released a self-titled album on Empire's Digital Hardcore Recordings in 1998. Broadrick and Martin decided to go it alone and the second COTGV album was recorded. It will be released on Ipecac, a label part owned by long term admirer Mike Patton.

Ik ben er zeer van onder de indruk. Erg wazige en gestoorde muziek. Zal vast niet veel mensen aanspreken...maar ik vind het geweldig. Iemand?

Zijn er ergens mp3's beschikbaar? Als Broadrick erin zit word ik wel nieuwsgierig.

Hoe is de muziek, je hebt het over wazig/gestoord -- ik neem aan dat het dan weinig op Godflesh zal lijken?

Godallemachtig, wat een gestoorde "muziek". Zit weinig genietbaars aan vind ik.

Hmmm, een soortement gitaarriff die dan door een breakcore/darkcore-achtige molen wordt gehaald, met vet vervormde vocalen eroverheen, en vage geluiden in de achtergrond erdoorheen. Niet mijn ding helaas, wel behoorlijk extreem.

Ik heb m net gekocht.
