Even een tip voor alle fans van At the gates en aanverwanten. The black dahlia murder met hun nieuwe cd Unhallowed. Het klinkt als At the gates met thrash invloeden, blastbeats en een hardcore drive. Vreselijk agressief en toch dreigend en melodieus. Super vette schijf!

Heb ze moeten reviewen voor Mindview en 'k heb ze platina gegeven.. Dit is echt een van de betere platen die in 2003 uitgekomen zijn..

Je moet ook is Enter Chaos uitproberen. Ze komen ook te staan op de At the Gates tribute.

Dat klinkt inderdaad niet slecht. Lijkt af en toe wel een beetje op Undying door de My dying bride riffjes hier en daar. D'r zitten ook een aantal lekker beatdowns in, das altijd mooi meegenomen

Klinkt zeker goed! Die MCD en de demo waren al goed, maar op de Cd komt alles beter over. Als je dit goed vind check de eerste MCD van The Year OF Our Lord "The Frozen Divide".

En die nieuwe plaat van ze, ik heb em via bittorrent, dus ik weet niet oftie al officieel uit is, maar wat vinden we ervan? Ik vind em gewoonb weer lekker net zoals Unhallowed.

Heb net de promo binnen van Miasma. Heb 'm nog niet beluisterd. Unhallowed was erg sterk iig!

Ik begin dit album met elke luisterbeurt vetter te vinden.
DAMN! Wat is dit gave herrie. Alles is gewoon beter sinds Unhallowed. En dat album was al niet van de lucht. Wat ik vooral gaaf vind is dat de melodieeen beter uit zijn gewerkt waardoor de nummers meer sfeer krijgen. Nog steeds minder sfeer dan At the gates (waar ze altijd mee vergeleken worden) maar het is wel een stap voorwaards.
Bij mij wordt het album in ieder geval helemaal grijs gedraaid.

Ja, ik begin dit album ook steeds vetter te vinden. Het is in principe niet heel veel anders dan Unhallowed, maar het is gewoon een plaatje dat lekker wegdraait.

Als ik dit zo lees, lijkt het wel op en heen weer gegooi van irritaties. Lekker volwassen om het zo op te lossen, maar ja...dat maakt de cd Unhallowed niet minder. Sterke plaat is dat gewoon.

Update for November Update

Tony Laureano with Black Dahlia Murder

As it's been told elsewhere, I will be sitting in with The Black Dahlia Murder for their Japanese dates in December. Specific dates are in the tour dates section. I'm looking foward to blasting some tunes with The Black Dahlia guys, should be a lot a fun.

Also, due to a last minute change, my trip to Norway has been postponed for a few months, so the recording of the project with the Spiral Architect/Satyricon guys is put off for a bit. Same goes for the Insidious Disease rehearsals, as those will be done after the recording. Looking at an early January re-schedule for these projects.

I may also be squeezing in a few shows with another band in early December, stay tuned for that info.
