Heb je de nieuwe 2dope nou al gehoord Skullfigga my nigga?

Ik heb intussen het album Absolute power van Tech n9ne aangeschaft. Behoorlijk vet moet ik zeggen. Die gast is echt een ongelovelijk goede rapper. De beste man heeft een geweldige "flow" en rapt ook nog eens achterlijk snel. Het songmateriaal is ook lekker afwisselend. Van rustige "drive-by" nummers tot donkere horrorcore tot harde gangsta rap.

Maar toch mis ik wat. Ik blijft toch nog het meest van de Psychopathic artiesten houden. Op de een of andere manier spreekt die stijl mij gewoon het meest aan.

Over Psychopathic gesproken, Jamie Madrox van Twiztid brengt binnenkort een solo album uit en de nieuwelingen AxeMurderBoys komen ook met een nieuw album.

Ik ben opzoek geweest hier in de stad. Ik had het idee om gewoon rustig in de platenzaak, wat nieuwe dingen van psychopaticrecords te luisteren. MAAAR, ze verkopen het nergens hier! Ik moet ook zeggen dat ik eigenlijk van af the Great milenko* er niet echt meer van op de hoogte ben.

The Ringmasterrrrrrrrrrrrrr,The riddlebox, Terrorweel e.p.tunnel of love en nog wat andere dingen luister ik graag naar. Geniale forumle/consept/context. Volgens mij allemaal geproduceerd I.S.M. Mike E. Clark.

Maar ze kunnen niet zonder die context. Wie is de icp zonder zichzelf, denk ik dan. Maar dat ben ik.

Maar ik wil toch horen hoe het tegenwoordig staat, dus ga ik zoeken op het internet.

@slome, ik ken die man door de film die over gemaakt is, wist ik veel dat hij in eerste instantie echt bestond, en HELEMAAL NIET dat die gast actief was in hiphop. Ik post alles wat mij opvalt, soms omdat het heerscht, soms voor teh fun.

Ik weet niet helemaal wat ik hier van moet vinden. Ik kan naar z'n muziek luisteren, maar ik zie het als humor.

Ik ga denk ik toch proberen de albums helemaal te luisteren want, ik heb een tik wbt analyseren van teksten. Ik wil het als een geheel zien.
Ik miste altijd al metaforen in de teksten, die zitten er wel in, maar kunnen veel vervreemder, vager of juist duidelijker.
