Daar zitten behoorlijk veel promo's tussen als ik die lijst zo snel even zie. Wat vinden de labels die jou dat spul tegoedertrouw ter review voor Gothtronic hebben opgestuurd ervan dat jij hun eigendom doorverkoopt?

In al deze gevallen ben ik bijna 100% zeker van dat het om de promoversies gaat. Buiten dat het aantoont dat je totaal geen smaak hebt door veel van dit spul weg te doen, wil ik je bij deze verzoeken bovenstaande lijst met promo's mij kostenloos op te sturen zodat ze hun doel kunnen dienen: ter promotie gedraaid worden in bijvoorbeel Dynamo of de Effenaar. Mijn mailadres staat in mijn profiel. Mail mij gerust en alles komt goed

Het is wel hinderlijk dat het er niet bij staat. Betaal je acht euro voor een CD, krijg je een promo thuisgestuurd..

EDIT: Voordat hier verwarring om ontstaat, dit is mij niet overkomen (althans, vier jaar terug wel, van een of andere lul op Marktplaats, maar dat heeft hier niks mee te maken), het is puur hypothetisch.

In de US zijn promo's in ieder geval niet het eigendom van labels: http://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2008/06/liberation-day-promo-cds-victory-umg-v-augusto

Dan mag hij ze dus gewoon verkopen. Als dat pre-release is, is dat erg flauw maar zolang je geen contract tekent niet illegaal. Als je het aan anderen verkoopt zonder dat je zegt dat het een promo is, is dat gewoon kut.

In Nederland is het zo dat jij niet verplicht bent om ongevraagd ontvangen artikelen te retouneren. Of dat gelijk is aan dat het jouw eigendom is ben ik even kwijt, denk het niet. Maar bij promo's bij zine'is het weer erg de vraag wat is 'ongevraagd'? Je vraagt zelden een label letterlijk om een bepaalde promo, aan de andere kant heeft bv zm een oproep op haar frontpage staan. Niet al te gemakkelijke materie als je mij vraagt.
