quote: 20.1.2005 - THE YEAR 2004, STUDIO NEWS, TRACKLIST & SITE NEWS
Now, at the beginning of the year 2005, it's time to say thank you to everyone for the last year! Our very first gig was a bit over a year ago, and at that time we couldn't imagine how the following year would turn out. It's been great, and very big thanks goes out to all the bands we've played with, to all the people who have helped, supported and worked with us, and to everyone who has come to our gigs and bought our album!
For what it comes to year 2005, here's some news:
We'll be recording our second album with Sami Kokko in Sam's Workshop at Lutakko 24.1.2005-20.2.2005. A single from the album will be released in the spring, and the album itself will be released in September. The single, 'Forgive Her', will be strictly limited to Finland, and it contains the version of 'Solitude' with Albert singing the lead vocals. We are also making a video of the song 'Descending Winters'.
The album hasn't been named yet, but the tracklisting is as follows:
The Giant
Psychopath's Lair
Descending Winters
Ghost of Laura Palmer
Fragile
Forgive Her
Gloom, Beauty and Despair
The Ship
The song order is subject to change. We will tour Finland when the album is released, and it seems that we'll be doing a short scandinavian tour at autumn. More info about that will be posted later.
There's also some new things added to our website. As some of you might have noticed, you can view more updates and their short descriptions by clicking 'More updates' -link on the main page. In addition, playlists will be added to all the member-profiles. They will be updated every now and then, so check them out. Pictures from Tavastia and Lutakko will be added later, and the Media-section will be updated with a video clip from the Ballet Deviare performance. Meanwhile, you can check it out here.
Well, that's about it. Happy new year 2005 to everyone and thanks again for the year 2004. Let's Metal!
I am soulless and proud, That I'm not like your kind, I delight in watching you drown, As this world drags you down
