Jezus, sinds hij de nor in ging is het hem ook niet meer gelukt om goede platen te maken. Umskiptar is zelfs nog een pak slechter dan de twee voorgangers. Bijna zo slecht als die casio-ambientplaten van hem.

Nou nou, Umskiptar valt idd tegen. Maar Belus en Fallen zijn toch echt toppers in het genre, hoor.

Toppers in het genre.. Mwa.. Ze halen het niet bij een "Hvis Lyset Tar Oss" of "Filosofem". Ik zou Varg/Burzum ook liever een oeuvreprijs willen toekennen dan over (bijna) al zijn albums als onafhankelijke 'toppers in het genre' te willen praten. Niet weggenomen dat 'Belus' en 'Fallen' indd. sterke albums zijn. De vocalen waren even wennen, maar het zijn typische Burzum-albums met sterke songs en de herkenbare sfeer en melancholie. "Umskiptar" is saai, inspiratieloos en te lang. Doet wat denken aan de ambient black van "Filosofem" maar is desalniettemin zijn minste werk (ambientalbums meegerekend).

Ik zat even op zijn website te kijken of hij niet stiekem weer uit het niets met een album zou komen, maar hij komt met een film op de proppen.

Schijnt wéér een nieuw album aan te komen. Maar ik kan geen officiele bron vinden.
'kMoet zeggen na "Umskiptar" niet zo heel siked te zijn voor 'weer iets nieuws. Kan hij niet iemand doodsteken zodat hij 17 jaar kan wikken en wegen voordat hij wat uitbrengt?
