Die nieuwe Goatreich plaat is idd wel enorm vet zeg!

Idd. Wat een geweldige band. Geen andere woorden voor.
Gaan al zo lang mee, maar vind ze erg ondergewaardeerd.
Het is absoluut 1 van mijn favo bands.

Ik meen ergens gelezen te hebben dat ze weer in de studio zitten voor een nieuwe plaat.

BELPHEGOR: Working On 'The Mightiest Jewel Yet' - Nov. 9, 2005

Austrian death/black metal act BELPHEGOR are preparing to enter producer Andy Classen's Stage One studios in Germany to begin recording their sixth album, tentatively due next spring via an as-yet-undetermined label. "We're all set. Most of the 10 compositions/arrangements are finished in a rudimentary form," the band write. "Equipment is packed, new cymbals arrived and cables/strings/plecs have been fixed. Andy Classen will be at the helm as producer. The four recording sessions and mixing/mastering process should be complete by middle of February 2006, and the yet untitled album's release date will hopefully be sometime in April/May of 2006.

"As for the new album, we are doing everything we can to make sure it's the heaviest, most intense, monumental one BELPHEGOR ever made. We never rehearsed as often as for these 10 sound-collages. Hell yeah... We feel that this will be the mightiest BELPHEGOR jewel yet."

BELPHEGOR's fifth full-length album, "The Goatreich - Fleshcult", was released in Europe in February via Napalm Records. The CD was recorded at Mastersound Studio in Fellbach, Germany and is the follow-up to 2003's "Lucifer Incestus".

Lucifer Incestus

Ik heb de mp3's vand e site gehaalt, maar wat ik zo jammer vind aan dit soort band s is dat de muziek wel tof is maar de mix/productie het laat afweten, aangezien ik alleen maar een donderende double bass hoor en ind e verte een schreeuw oid. Zale r wel bij horen. Dat live nummer is wel heel tof!

Ik weet wat je bedoeld. Alleen de laatste cd's zijn wel van betere kwaliteit.
Live hebben ze een erg gaaf dubbele bass geluid

Als de laatste cd's beter zijnz al ik die even downloaden, ik ga ook ff kijken of die live-cd van soulseek kan trekken

BELPHEGOR Begin Recording New Album - Nov. 30, 2005

Austrian death/black metal act BELPHEGOR have entered producer Andy Classen's Stage One studios in Germany to begin recording their sixth album, tentatively due next spring via an as-yet-undetermined label. The group have posted the following studio report on their official web site:

"After two weeks of being in the studio working very intense, here you go for another update... First, it's a real pleasure recording at Stage One — the studio's killer, so I know the next couple of months are gonna be fuckin' memorable, this will be a monster of a record!!!

"Nefastus nailed the ten commandments in less then 6 days of hard snare attacking, wow that's Olympia.

"This is definitely the tightest [and] heaviest drumming you will hear on a BELPHEGOR album till now. The high speed-blast-beats and double-bass drums turned out most precise and brutal, to be honest it's already blowing us away.
The German maniac with polish blood in his veins deserves a gold medal for it!

"We decided for the new Warwick 4-string bass that Barth bought for the bass recordings, with a bit of old-school Master distortion the parts were played directly in the sound desk.

"Helmuth and the producer Andy took only 4-5 hours to find 'the' perfect guitar sound. There were a lot of choices between amps, pedals and so forth, but in the end the gear was the band's Rectifier Mesa Boogie amp, one 800 Marshall cabinett 4x12, and several Jackson Guitars.

"Helmuth and Sigurd shredded the four rhythm guitars in five days, with the most dynamic possible. Well, all we need now is some sick samples, the cold melody/overdub guitar parts and loads of chaos leads, and of course the vocals. Die 10 Werke are starting to show their real form and I can say we're pretty damn pleased, can't wait till this masterpiece is finally finished.

"Well, the second session in Stage One Studios takes place from 22.-29. December."

In other news, a BELPHEGOR have announced that a "serious company for the 'The Goatreich – Fleshcult' opus on LP format has been found. Await the limited edition of 800 cps. via Goatruler Productions (Germany) in early February 2006 (gatefold and heavy vinyl - 180 gr.)."

Ja live ook Het concert wat ik zag had hij heerschend dubbele bass geluid

Belphegor heeft niet alleen een geil dubbel bassgeluid, maar ook gitaristen waar je U tegen zegt.
Wat stonden die lui te buffelen een tijdje terug (in Arnhem geloof ik).

Ik had ze deze zomer in Hengelo gezien
En ze hebben daarna nog in Hardenberg opgetreden. Helaas heb ik dat moeten missen.

Its important that u all out there are informed what really happened with the new album, its a fuckin shame - but that's the reason why we couldn´t hold the release date in May 06.
