Nummer 1 of 2 in de jaarlijst, dat ligt aan de nieuwe van The Wounded.

krachtige plaat.

niet hun beste imo, maar close

Beter tien jaar te laat dan nooit: vette band zeg! En het lijkt veel meer op Fukpig (I know, 't is andersom) dan ik had verwacht. Per direct hooked wel.

Lekker plaatje ja! Afgelopen 2 platen pakte me niet zo, maar deze gelukkig weer wel! Heerlijke band blijft het.

Extreem gaaf concert gezien zojuist in Tivoli. Die nieuwe nummers komen live echt goed uit de verf.

Dat was net even echt prima beuken in De Helling. Goed geluid en gaan. Ook de nieuwe nummers kwamen proma over.

Na "Eschaton" deze band eigenlijk niet meer gevolgd. En van zowel die schijf als van "Domine Non Es Dignus" vond ik eigenlijk vooral de nummers met sludgy mid-tempo intermezzo's/breaks en cleane vocalen leuk. Hoe heeft dat zich daarna ontwikkeld?

Lawrence, creating one of the most powerful, timely and unique releases of 2018. “There’s a lot that goes into our albums, of course, but it all comes about as a natural result of who we are, and for A New Kind of Horror we felt early on that it was clearly its own thing. It doesn’t have to stand in comparison with anything, because to us it’s in a class of its own.”'
