Echte aanrader is Disma. Bestaat uit leden die ook actief zijn geweest in o.a. Incantation (Craig Pillard, om precies te zijn), Funebrarum en Abazagorath. Hebben tot nu toe slechts een demo uit, die echt dik de moeite waard is. Volledig album zou uit moeten komen via Profound Lore.

Andere goeie death metal band vind ik Slaughter Strike. Zijn gasten van Endless Blockade en Rammer. Spelen een beetje tussen Repulsion en Entombed in.

Hoog tijd dat ik mensen hier tegen het verkeerde been schop over de band Stench.
Dit Zweedse bandje bestaat momenteel o.a. uit twee leden van Tribulation. En in dat straatje moet je het ook zoeken.
Vuige Zweedse death metal van de old school overtuiging.

Heerlijk rauw, gemeen, smerig en vooral erg agressief. Zeker een van de betere bands in dit genre.

Devildriver death metal? Grapje van het jaar zeker hahaha

Als ik die plaat er niet bij zou gegooid hebben, was ik niet aan de 10 geraakt. Denk ik.

Abyssal heeft ook een nieuwe plaat, ergens tussen Ulcerate, Immolation en Portal in. De hele plaat duurt wel wat te lang maar zeker niet onaardig.
